The Musashi swords feature a full tang blade, real hamon, and a real ray skin wrapped handle. They are individually numbered on the tang with a matching Certificate of Authenticity. All Musashi blades are clay tempered and uniquely forged, with each one being numbered on the tang and paired with a certificate of authenticity. The forge date and "Musashi" in kanji are also etched on the tang. The selection of Musashi swords include Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Miyamoto collections, each with their own steel types and forging methods.

The Silver Collection swords are made from 1060 High Carbon Steel and forged using the Maru-Kitae method, providing a great balance of strength and edge hardness. The Gold Collection swords use 1090, 1095, or T10 High Carbon Steels and are also clay tempered to ensure performance and durability. The Platinum Collection swords combine two steel types using either the Kobuse-Kitae or Gomai-Kitae forging methods, resulting in a katana that maintains a keen edge while retaining its durability. Lastly, the Miyamoto Collection consists of the toughest swords, using T10 or Tamahagane steel that are extremely hard and impervious to scratches and abrasions.
