This Japanese sword is made of T10 carbon steel using a process that involves hot forging, cutting, quenching, grinding, heat treatment, tempering, repair, and refurbishment. The blade is fully tempered, processed, repeatedly heat-treated, and hand-forged to remove impurities. It is then tempered with clay to achieve toughness and flexibility, producing a real blade grain (Hamon).

The blade can be easily cut into paper, bamboo, a plastic kettle, and more. The handle is fixed by two "bamboo nails", which greatly enhances the stability of the sword. The rope of the handle is made of pure cotton and wrapped manually, providing a tight, sweat-absorbing, and skid-resistant grip to prevent slipping. The blade is forged and polished repeatedly using traditional and unique technology, resulting in a very smooth surface.

The Tsuba is made of alloy material with elegant patterns, and other accessories are also made of alloy material, ensuring no fading or discoloration. The sheath is made of wood, repeatedly polished and lacquered, featuring beautiful and delicate patterns. The handle (Tsuka) is made of wood, covered with white artificial fishskin inside (Samekawa), and wrapped with black cotton rope. The Sageo is a black thick cotton rope, providing a better feel and a more beautiful appearance.
